A. Local (Guest) Users

If you use the Service without creating an account, all formulation data and preferences are stored exclusively in your browser's LocalStorage. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers.

B. Subscribers

When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via our provider, Supabase. We also store your custom recipes, ingredient modifications, inventory logs, and batch history to provide multi-device synchronization.

C. Technical Data

We may collect standard web log information, including your IP address, browser type, and usage patterns, to improve the stability and performance of our API.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted partners to provide our services:

Supabase: Provides authentication and database hosting.
Paddle: Processes all payment transactions (we do not store your credit card information).
Google GenAI: Used for the "AI Smart Extract" feature if you choose to paste ingredient label text for parsing.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the account settings. Deleted data is removed from our active databases, though it may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure JWT-based authentication, to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
